These terms govern the use of I B Care services and website.
Service scope
We provide LED, LCD, Smart TV repair, installation and wall mounting services. All repairs are diagnosed and quoted transparently before work begins.
Warranty
Every repair carries a 90-day workmanship & parts warranty covering the same issue only. Physical damage, power surges, liquid ingress and third-party tampering void the warranty.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer. Invoices are issued for every repair.
Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the repair fee paid. We are not liable for consequential loss.
